Every time I call Colonial with a problem it is always promptly addressed. I have had some issues with my rental of coarse who doesn't ? But I must say everytime I need them they always come through.

Colonial has now over 13 years managed my house in nothing but an EXCELENT MANNER. Sure there has been many problems over 13 years however mostly on my part and or the house being old However Colonial Property Management has always helped me work through any problem.
