Colonial  has now over 13 years managed my house in nothing but an EXCELENT MANNER. Sure there has been many problems over 13 years however mostly on my part and or the house being old However Colonial Property Management has always helped me work through any problem.‎

Every time I call Colonial with a problem it is always promptly addressed. I have had some issues with my rental of coarse who doesn't ? But I must say everytime I need them they always come through.

I sincerely could not be happier. I found a great house and on top of that, the people in the office were animal lovers and understood the importance of my dog. Instead of being treated like a bother as we have been in the past to locate a nice home that would allow pets, they were rather welcoming and helpful. I would rent here again in a minute.‎

I couldn't complain about any of the services of Colonial Prop. Mgmt. The maintenance got prompt taken care of. The girls that work there are nice and know customer service. When I moved out of the property I had no issues. They called the vendor back that missed stuff and that I paid the vendor them for. I would rent again from Colonial Prop Mgm‎t
