I couldn't complain about any of the services of Colonial Prop. Mgmt. The maintenance got prompt taken care of. The girls that work there are nice and know customer service. When I moved out of the property I had no issues. They called the vendor back that missed stuff and that I paid the vendor them for. I would rent again from Colonial Prop Mgm‎t
